Counter Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright holder does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we reserve the right to restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable legal frameworks, P999gamedownload.pk enforces a repeat infringer policy. Accounts or contributors identified as repeat infringers will be restricted, terminated, or permanently banned from using the site.
